I accidentally accepted some dodgy link on msn and then my computer said it was infected. It works reasonably fine but every now and then when I click on a google link, I get redirected to a blank page with a pop-up saying:

“Warning!!! Your personal computer needs to install antivirus software! Personal Security can perform fast and free scan of your computer”

It will automatically put itself on your desktop and it will interupt things by constantly telling you that you have trojans, worms,cockroaches, whatever, then keep asking you for a credit card number, When I click on start and go to all programs, and open it up it gives me an option to uninstall it, but when I click uninstall it says it ca’t find the program any where in the files, well duh because it is not there. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford norton anti-virus or any of the more expensive programs and I am not a hacker by far, I have spybot search and destroy(which sucks), and CG Yahoo which is okay with diagnosing but I was wondering if anybody knows of a free anti-virus program I can download for free that will get rid of this crap, oh yeah and I keep getting a picture of this gay guy holding his penis with a phone number to call if I want to talk dirty, my husband thinks I put him there on purpose and there is not even an X to close him, he just comes and obstructs my web pages whenever.l HELP!!
